By accessing wanderworkclarity.com or engaging WanderWork for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, prospective clients, and clients of WanderWork. They should be read alongside any separate written project agreement entered into for a specific engagement.
WanderWork provides strategic communication services, including but not limited to:
The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, revision structure, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate written project agreement before work begins. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a project agreement, the project agreement shall prevail.
Clients agree to:
Delays caused by the client in providing feedback, approvals, or required materials may impact project timelines and delivery schedules. WanderWork is not liable for delays or missed deadlines arising from client-side inaction.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each deliverable includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement.
Revision rounds are intended to refine and improve agreed deliverables. Requests that constitute a material change in direction, scope, format, or objective may be treated as out-of-scope work.
Out-of-scope requests may require a separate written agreement, additional fees, and adjusted timelines. WanderWork will notify the client in writing before proceeding with any out-of-scope work.
All proprietary strategic frameworks, methodologies, systems, processes, templates, and tools developed or used by WanderWork — including those used during an engagement — remain the exclusive intellectual property of WanderWork.
Upon receipt of full and final payment, the client receives full ownership rights to the final deliverables created specifically for their engagement, as defined in the project agreement.
WanderWork retains the right to reference completed work — in general terms — in case studies, portfolio materials, and marketing content, unless the client has expressly requested confidentiality in writing prior to or during the engagement.
All fees are agreed in writing before work commences. No work will begin until a written project agreement has been signed and the upfront payment has been received.
Standard payment structure
Alternative payment structures may be agreed in writing as part of the project agreement.
Late payment
Late payments may pause ongoing work, delay delivery timelines, and postpone the handover of final assets. WanderWork will provide written notice before pausing work due to late payment.
Non-refundable fees
Fees paid for commenced project phases are non-refundable, except where WanderWork has materially failed to deliver the agreed scope and has not remedied such failure within a reasonable period after written notice from the client.
Both WanderWork and the client agree to treat all confidential information shared during the engagement as strictly private, and to use it solely for the purposes of delivering the agreed work.
This obligation does not apply to information that:
Confidentiality obligations survive the termination or completion of any engagement.
If a client becomes unresponsive — defined as failing to provide required feedback, approvals, or materials for 21 or more consecutive business days — WanderWork reserves the right to treat the engagement as abandoned.
In such cases, all fees paid up to that point are non-refundable. WanderWork will make reasonable attempts to contact the client via email before treating an engagement as abandoned.
Should the client wish to re-engage after an abandonment, a new project agreement — including revised timelines and fees — will be required.
The complimentary 30-minute Discovery & Clarity Call is provided at no charge and without obligation on either party.
Participation in the call does not constitute a commitment by either party to enter into a formal engagement. WanderWork reserves the right to decline a project following the call, without obligation to provide reasons.
WanderWork provides strategic communication expertise designed to improve clarity, trust, and message effectiveness. Our work is based on established communication principles, strategic insight, and the information provided by the client.
However, WanderWork does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes, including but not limited to conversions, revenue growth, investor response, user acquisition, or deal closures. Results depend on a wide range of factors outside WanderWork's control, including client implementation, market conditions, and audience behaviour.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WanderWork's total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the total fees paid by the client for that specific engagement.
WanderWork is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Either party may terminate an engagement by providing a minimum of 7 business days' written notice to the other party.
Upon termination:
WanderWork reserves the right to terminate an engagement immediately and without notice in cases of client misconduct, non-payment, or material breach of these Terms.
WanderWork is not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, widespread infrastructure or internet outages, third-party platform failures, or other unforeseen events of a similar nature.
In such circumstances, WanderWork will notify the client as soon as reasonably practicable and will make reasonable efforts to resume performance.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible.
The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or an engagement, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation within 14 days of one party notifying the other of the dispute in writing.
If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation within that period, either party may pursue formal legal remedies in accordance with the governing law set out in Section 16.
These Terms and any engagement entered into under them are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
WanderWork may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable law. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised.
Continued use of our website or engagement of our services after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
For active engagements, material changes to these Terms will be communicated in writing and will not apply retroactively without mutual written agreement.
